1. General
Welcome to Polycobond.
By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to update or revise these terms without prior notice.
2. Products and Specifications
All products are made from HIPSWOOD™, our proprietary HIPS-based material.
While we strive for accuracy, actual product colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to production tolerances or screen display differences.
3. Orders & Pricing
Prices are quoted in USD (or CNY) and are FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, unless otherwise agreed.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and lead times will be stated in the quotation.
Custom orders or OEM projects may require a design confirmation before production.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to raw material or currency fluctuations.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or L/C at sight.
Production begins only after receiving the agreed deposit.
Invoices must be settled in full before shipment unless otherwise arranged.
5. Warranty & Liability
All Polycobond furniture is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against material or manufacturing defects under normal outdoor use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or natural disasters.
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product at our discretion.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ensure safe packaging and on-time delivery.
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier under FOB terms.
Any shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and trademarks (including Polycobond and HIPSWOOD™) are the property of Polycobond.
Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC).
