About Ordering

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

A: For the first order, we require one
40-foot container (up to four product types). For regular orders, each
container should include one product type.

Q2: Can I request samples before placing abulk order?

A: Yes. We can provide sample pieces for
evaluation before bulk production. Sample costs are refundable once a full
order is confirmed.

Q3: How long does it take to receive aquotation?

A: We’ll send you a detailed quotation
within 24 hours after receiving your product requirements or specifications.

Q4: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

A: Absolutely. You can share your design,
drawing, or reference photo, and our design team will customize accordingly —
from concept to final product.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic
Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit), with a deposit before production and the
balance before shipment.
