A considered specification
Start with an established Polycobond model or discuss a bespoke requirement. Available changes depend on the model, order quantity and engineering review.
One connected manufacturing system
Material formulation, profile production and furniture manufacturing are connected within Polycobond. Approved samples give each stage a shared reference for colour, texture, dimensions and fit.
Setting, location, quantities, model direction and target schedule.
Review product combinations, finishes and proposed modifications.
Agree the physical finish and relevant prototype or drawing details.
Check material, components and assembly against the agreed specification.
Confirm packaging, order documentation and the shipment plan.

Finish approval starts with the material
Light teak is one signature colour. HIPSWOOD® also offers deeper woodgrains, cooler tones and stone-effect directions, allowing the same material system to work across different architectural palettes.
Select a direction online, then confirm colour, grain and texture against a physical sample. Screen images are a guide; the approved sample defines the project finish.
GRS documentation applies to the certified material and processes within the current scope. Order-specific documentation is confirmed for applicable certified orders. View certification
Before you specify
Yes, a brief can begin with an existing model. Share the model code and required change so the team can review dimensions, construction, finish and order quantity together. Final options are subject to technical and commercial confirmation.
Share your layout, sketch, dimensions or a link to reference material. We can discuss a project configuration or a new product development route with you. Samples and drawings are agreed according to the brief.
These depend on the model, extent of customization, sampling and delivery destination. Include your estimated quantities and target date in the brief so the team can advise on a realistic programme.
The project type and country, approximate quantities, the furniture models or functions you need, a finish direction and your target schedule. Early-stage briefs are welcome; unknown details can be discussed.
